We work closely with trusted shipping partners around the world to make sure every piece reaches you safely, wherever you are. Every order over $139 ships free, no code required — smaller orders carry a flat shipping rate shown at checkout.
Once your order is placed, our team typically processes and prepares it for shipping within 1–3 business days. From there, international delivery generally takes another 7–15 days, depending on your destination and how local customs are handling shipments that week — we know waiting is the hardest part, and we appreciate your patience.
Because we want your piece to find you without a hitch, please double-check the shipping address you enter at checkout. Once an order is on its way, we're unable to make any changes to where it's headed.
Every so often, factors outside of our control — a particularly busy season, weather, or a customs inspection — can add a little extra time to a shipment. When that happens, we keep watch over your order in transit and will let you know if anything changes.
If a package is returned to us because of a refused delivery or an incorrect address, we ask that return shipping costs be covered by the customer, and the original shipping fee isn't refundable in that case. Depending on where you're located, customs duties or import taxes may also apply to international orders — these are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Every piece is inspected by hand before it leaves us — checked for finish, fit, and a small dose of care — because we want what arrives at your door to be every bit as beautiful as it looked when you chose it.
Because each piece is handmade in small batches, we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for a simple change of mind, and all sales are considered final. For hygiene reasons, this applies in particular to earrings, which we're unable to accept back once they've been worn.
That said, we know that even with the most careful inspection, something can occasionally go wrong in transit. If your order arrives damaged or with a noticeable quality issue, please reach out within 3 days of delivery — just send us your order number, a short description of what happened, and a photo or video, and we'll take it from there.
To help us process an exchange quickly, we'll ask that the item still be unused, with its original packaging and tags intact, alongside those photos or video.
We take this seriously, because we'd rather take the time to make it right than leave you with a piece you can't fully enjoy.
